The food is amazing!! The fulfillment needs some work. Two weeks in a row my order has my been shorted two meals that were paid for. I'm awaiting refunds, so hopefully the matter will be improved. Im hoping all my future ratings will be perfect scores
Based on food alone, which is most important pf them, I will gladly give them 5 stars. They have so many options to choose from and they have plenty of flavorful food. I have tried many other companies in the past but nothing can beat these guys! Great job and continue being the best

I love the food, taste great takes away the stress of cooking and measuring everything.
I immediately had issues with this service from literal day one. It automatically chose a delivery date and day of week for me and did not provide the option to change it until week two. It also would not allow me to cancel/postpone any deliveries until after the first delivery was made. I contacted customer service and the agent was excellent and she told me that the first delivery was postponed from her end and that I would not be charged and that I could resume the following week. However, the delivery went out anyhow. I wasn't charged that I can tell so far, but the box was delivered during the exact time period that I explained it should not be and it sat in a breezeway in Georgia heat for nearly 4 days. Not a great thing to have to clean up.
I chalked that up to a timing mistake and as long as I wasn't also charged I was willing to let it be. Week two delivery came on time and the packaging was fine. No issues at all. The meals were just ok, but I made some choices out of my comfort zone to see how they would look and taste. No real complaints there, just nothing special and that's fine.
Week three I made different choices and locked in my delivery. I got a notification on June 7th that my delivery was going out and would arrive on June 8th. Some time in the late afternoon of June 9th the delivery arrived. Not only was it a full day late, but the box was absolutely manhandled and mangled to bits. I opened it and found what amounted to a box of completely soaked cardboard and a small pool of water. All of the meals were soaking wet and the plastic containers were oddly bloated for some reason, I suppose from water damage or rapidly heating over two days of UPS transit. All I know is that they were 100% inedible and it was pretty gross to clean up wet stinky cardboard. So, having two pretty awful experiences out of three I decided to cut my losses and cancel the service. I assume most people have better experiences with Factor_, but I'm just not willing to be that patient with so much other competition at similar or less price.
I was a little concerned about having my food shipped to me but most of the food I received has been pretty tasty and never got sick from it. I also appreciate the reminders to preselect my orders.
My order was scheduled for Tuesday it didn’t come until Wednesday. There was no notification of a delivery chance, when I emailed Factor to inquire about where my order was no one responded. My delivery then arrived Wednesday at 9am and sat outside until 7pm on a 90 plus degree day. The reason delivery was scheduled for Tuesday is because I am home from work on Tuesdays. It’s been 2 days and I still have not received a response from Factor. I canceled my account at this time.
A little on the expensive side, but very tasty. Most importantly, theyre healthy and the easiest dinners I’ve ever prepared.
This is my first time using a meal delivery service and I'm 3 weeks into my 6 meals/wk subscription. I was invited to try via my sister and didn't research it to know its meals are Keto-based...and I'm not Keto. Sooooo many of the meals rely on dairy to add depth of flavor and this often creates an oiliness which can be kinda gross. There are some really good things to appreciate about the service though (i.e. convenience, quantity, preparation, customer service) but due to the heavy reliance on dairy in most of the meals, I'll eventually change. Right now, I'm too busy to seek out another service so I choose my meals based on the least amount of diary offered. Other notes: I've always needed to added additional seasonings. I've only had 1 "rubber" chicken. Only 1 meal went off or arrived off and was inedible for which I was given 2 credits for the inconvenience and that was really nice.
In the beginning, I enjoyed factor and the meals were great, minus the high price point, but then I received a meal that had moldy chicken and was opened when I put it out of the box. It was one time, so I emailed them and they credited me for the price of 3 meals, because I know mistakes happen. The next week or two I received another chicken dish that had raw chicken in it. I emailed them again stating my frustrations and they issued me a refund. Their customer service is great, but their food preparation is terrible if this happened twice in a couple weeks. Their price point is high, so one would expect this to never happen, but with this happening more than once, I am going to another food prep company.
The main entree is usually very good and decently seasoned, however, the sides are often bland and uninteresting so I usually throw them out.
The food is great and portions are good price is a little high
Well the food tasted good the first week but we got tired of it . It’s not quite diet food but not quite fun food. I wasted a lot of it. Wouldn’t buy it again.
